The problem
The gap between technical depth and investor confidence

Stacks was preparing to bring a major product to market, and institutional eyes were on the ecosystem. Deep technical documentation existed, but it lived in GitBook, written for developers, not investors. Institutions needed something different: a single, authoritative resource that answered their questions in plain language and gave them the confidence to make financial decisions. Without it, Stacks risked appearing underprepared for the institutional attention it was actively courting.

What I did
Research, writing, design, and deployment
01 Defined the investor audience and their key questions, working with the Executive Director to understand what institutions actually needed before writing a single word.
02 Researched and outlined the full 30-page report in Notion, coordinating with an engineer, community manager, and product manager to verify technical accuracy throughout.
03 Wrote the entire report solo, translating complex protocol mechanics, tokenomics, and ecosystem context into clear, decision-grade language for a non-technical investor audience.
04 Submitted for review and incorporated feedback from 10+ stakeholders across the Stacks ecosystem, including the Executive Director and Stacks Labs Chief of Staff, to ensure technical accuracy and strategic alignment.
05 Designed and built the site independently in Tilda, with no engineers or designers, and distributed the final report directly to investors ahead of the product launch.
